In collaboration with FRCC of Intensive Care Medicine and Rehabilitology, we investigated the temporal dynamics of gut microbiome in intensive care unit patients with various pathogenesis and identified the correlations of bacterial levels with concentrations of specific serum and fecal metabolites.
